We limit the amount of legacy data we download.
In order to keep your system filled with the freshest data rather than long-ago lost clients, and to keep the Fuse system blazing through your additions and updates with ease and efficiency, we limit the data we download to:

Active Customers & Past Customers.

Policies with an expiration date that falls within the past 5 years.

All other records (such as Prospects) who were created in the 10 years before joining Agency Revolution (based on the AMS 360 Customer creation date.)

We do import Suspects. (However, it is your responsibility to only email those who have opted-in to receive communication from you. Failure to do so may result in your emails being blocked.)
