Adding Emails to AMS360 Users
Adding an email is necessary to take advantage of the automatic user mapping.
To take advantage of Fuse Personas, which is the ability to send emails from your Producers and Account Reps, you'll need to make sure all of your AMS360 employees and their emails are inputted.
In AMS360 select Employee from the Employee Center.
Select Employee Overview, and click "Edit Employee."
From here you can enter the employee and save your changes.
Make sure all of your employee emails are entered now and in the future, so we can automatically map your Fuse Accounts and Policies to the correct Producers and Account Reps.
