AMS360 Data Download Restrictions

We limit the amount of legacy data we download.

In order to keep your system filled with the freshest data rather than long-ago lost clients, and to keep the Fuse system blazing through your additions and updates with ease and efficiency, we limit the data we download to:

  • Active Customers & Past Customers.

  • Policies with an expiration date no more than 3 years before joining Agency Revolution.

  • All other records (such as Prospects) who were created in the 10 years before joining Agency Revolution (based on the AMS 360 Customer creation date.)

  • We do import Suspects. (However, it is your responsibility to only email those who have opted-in to receive communication from you. Failure to do so may result in your emails being blocked.)
