Social Media Add-On Feature
Campaign Subscription Context
You can have one subscriber per account or other related entities.
When Fuse builds your campaign, it will add a subscriber to your sequence. By default, that subscriber is your Account.
However, in some cases, you will have the option to key unique subscribers per entity, such as Claims, Leads, and Policies.
Accounts
This is the default configuration for Fuse. For each account in your segment, you'll have one subscriber.
Policies
For each policy matching your segment, you'll have one subscriber. This is supported with all integrations.
Claims
For each claim matching your segment, you'll have one subscriber.
Only available for systems that support Claims.
Leads
For each lead matching your segment, you'll have one subscriber.
Only available for systems that support Leads.
