It is not possible to guarantee all of your messages will reach your recipient's inbox, but we can guide you in improving the content of your message and find errors that may prevent deliverability.

To analyze your email for spam and deliverability, in the Email Builder, select "Preview & Test" in the top menu bar:

In this Preview Pane, select "Spam Analysis":

The report will run through 6 different categories and find potential issues that can be addressed to increase your email deliverability.

You will be given a score from 1 to 10, where 10 is a perfect score.

A perfect score or a bad score doesn't mean your email will or won't be delivered. It's just a generalization to help you meet best practices.
