How to Set up a Prospect Campaign for HawkSoft V2

The standard New Prospect Trigger will not work for Hawksoft V2 users.

Segment Rules

Campaign Settings

• Sequence Type = Step Sequence

• Segment = Prospect Segment with the above rules

• In the Future

  • Add when = Matches Segment

  • Remove when = Does Not Match Segment
