How Fuse chooses which user to assign as Producer & Account Rep, at the account-level vs. policy-level
Fuse handles the mapping of Producers and Account Reps differently at the Account-level and Policy-level for HawkSoft.
Account-level mapping:

Fuse attempts to map the Producer from HawkSoft's account-level Producer field.

Fuse attempts to map the Account Rep from HawkSoft's CSR field.

If either field is empty, it will be mapped as the default user that was selected during Fuse's Employee Mapping setup step.
Policy-level mapping:

Fuse attempts to map the Producer from HawkSoft's Policy-level Agents based on the mapping selections made during the Employee Mapping setup step.

Fuse attempts to map the Account Rep from HawkSoft's Policy-level Agents based on the mapping selections made during the Employee Mapping setup step.

If either field is empty, it will be mapped as the default user that was selected during Fuse's Employee Mapping setup step.
