You'll notice that there are "Required Setup" and "Optional Configurations."
Depending on your Agency Management System, this could be one to three steps. Once these steps are complete, you will be able to set up and send automations to the contacts that have been uploaded to the system.
Here is an example of an AMS360 set up:
First, make sure you name your list clearly, especially if you are setting up more than one list.
Second, every single detail matters, so as you follow the setup steps make sure that instructions are followed EXACTLY. An extra space or "." could be the difference between integration going smoothly or not.
Third, after the final step expect it to take at least 4 hours during the initial download to get all the data from your agency management system into Agency Revolution. It may take as long as 8 hours depending on the size of your database.
Once the "Required Setup" is complete, you will be able to set up automation, send manual messages, and send Nurturing Campaigns to your clients.
If you would like to use some of the more advanced capabilities of the system, such as running account rounding campaigns, you will need to go through a few of the "Optional Configuration" steps such as Mapping Policy Status.
Remember, one step at a time. Start with the "Required Setup" and then we encourage you to send the "Client Re-Engagement" Automation before moving on to "Optional Configuration."
