How automated archiving works in Fuse
When a text message is sent but hasn't received a reply after 14 days, Fuse will automatically archive the message to keep your inbox clean. Archived messages are hidden from the inbox but still saved in the recipient's Fuse Account.
Fuse automatically archives text conversations after 14 days without a reply.
For systems that support activity writebacks, a copy of the conversation will also be saved to your AMS when a conversation is archived.* If enabled, an automatically generated summary of the conversation will also be included in the writeback.* Today, we support this capability for HawkSoft, AMS360, and QQ Catalyst.
*Note: These features must be activated and requires the following settings to be enabled:
- AMS that Supports Writebacks: This feature is only available on workspaces with AMS that support writebacks, specifically HawkSoft, AMS360, and QQ Catalyst.
- Activity Data Sync Enabled: Ensure that Activity Data Sync is turned on.
- Activity Sync Settings: In the "Choose types of activity to sync to your Management System" section, ensure "Messaging - Conversation" and "Messaging - Conversation Archived" are turned on.
Please note that past conversations that took place before this update will not receive automatically generated summaries.
