When a text message is sent but hasn't received a reply after 14 days, Fuse will automatically archive the message to keep your inbox clean. Archived messages are hidden from the inbox but still saved in the recipient's Fuse Account.

For systems that support activity writebacks, a copy of the conversation will also be saved to your Agency Management System when a conversation is archived. Today, we support this capability for HawkSoft, AMS360, and QQ Catalyst.*
