Email Subscription Preferences

Email subscription preferences allow your email recipients to customize the type of communication they receive from our platform. This article provides an overview of how email subscription preferences work and guides users and recipients on managing their contact's preferences.

The View from the Email Recipient

When recipients receive emails from our platform, each email includes an Unsubscribe link at the bottom. Clicking on this link will redirect recipients to the Email Preferences landing page.

Upon loading the Email Preferences page, the recipient's preference for the specific type of communication they received will be automatically changed. For example, if they received an email in the 'Newsletter' category, their preferences will be updated to stop receiving this type of communication.

If a recipient wishes to unsubscribe from all communications, they will be presented with a gentle warning about turning off Account Notices.

Categorization of Content

Our platform utilizes Generative AI to classify the category of each email. Whether users create their own content or use our library of content, the categorization will be applied and visible next to each email in the Content Library. When creating a custom email, the categorization will also be visible in the email preview page.

Managing Your Contact's Preferences

To manage email subscription preferences for your contacts, follow the steps below:

  1. Account Detail Page: Navigate to the Account Detail page.

    • On this page, locate the Email Subscription panel at the bottom left.

    • Here, you can toggle on or off the preferences for your subscribers.

  2. Contacts Tab: If you need to manage preferences for additional contacts on an account, follow these steps:

    • Access the Contacts tab, which allows you to view and manage contacts associated with your account.

    • Locate the specific contact whose preferences you want to manage.

    • From here, you can toggle their preferences on or off according to their communication preferences.


By utilizing these steps, you can easily manage and customize the email subscription preferences for your contacts.
