How to Use Agency Revolution’s Billing Portal

Learn how to access Agency Revolution’s billing portal to view past invoices, update billing details, and more.

Within your Agency Revolution workspace dashboard, Manager-level users have the ability to access a simple billing portal to review invoice details, as well as key billing details like address and payment method.

How do I access the billing portal?

To access the billing portal, first ensure you have the correct user permissions within your Agency Revolution account. To learn more about the types of users within an Agency Revolution account, check out this article.


If you are a Manager-level user on your AR account, please navigate to the “Subscription Details” page within your workspace. First, click on the gear icon next to your agency’s name in the top right corner. Once in the settings, select “Subscription Details” on the left-hand side of the screen, and the window will appear on your screen.

Select the “Billing Portal” button to initiate the connection between your Agency Revolution workspace and the external billing portal. Our system will run a check of your account and your corresponding Chargebee account to ensure we can establish access to the billing portal.

Our system looks to see if the email you use to log in to your Agency Revolution account is the same email tied to your Chargebee account. If they are different, or your email does not exist in Chargebee, you may need to adjust your Chargebee settings for the connection to go through.

Once you establish this connection, all Manager-level users on your account will be able to see, click, and access the billing portal via the “Billing Portal” button.

Once the connection is set up, the billing portal will open in a new tab where you can review past invoices and update simple billing information such as payment information and billing address.

Agent-level users will not see the “Billing Portal” option, and will not be able to access the portal unless their permissions are upgraded to the Manager level.

Please note that the workspace user levels–Manager and Agent–are not impacted by any Forge user roles you may have set up for your team on your website. The billing portal’s availability is only affected by the workspace user levels.

At this time, you cannot change your subscription or purchase new products from the billing portal.
