Leveraging Expiration Date and Next Renewal Date Fields for Effective Client Communication
This article is designed to guide EZLynx users in creating effective policy renewal campaigns using the Expiration Date and the newly released Next Renewal Date fields. Understanding the differences between these fields will help you tailor your communication strategy to meet your clients' needs effectively.
Using the Expiration Date Field
The Expiration Date field is updated when a policy is renewed before the current term's expiration date. This allows campaigns to adjust and send messages for the upcoming renewal term.
Use Case: Reminder Campaigns
This method is ideal for reminder-based campaigns, such as notifying clients about upcoming policy expirations. Examples include:
- "Your policy will expire in a month, remember to renew soon!"
- "Your policy will expire tomorrow if you don't renew today!"

In your Fuse dashboard:

- Select the Custom Campaigns section.

For EZLynx, this field is applicable only for active policies, not Policy Quotes.
