How to set up your Fuse Texting "Office Hours"
Office Hours is a feature that lets you set your working hours and create automated responses for messages that you receive outside of those hours. In this article, we will guide you through setting up and utilizing Office Hours!
Setting Up Your Office Hours:
- Accessing Settings:
- Log into your Fuse admin and navigate to All Settings > Text Messaging.
- Configuring Office Hours:
- Click on the "Office Hours" button to access the feature.
- Toggle on "Working Hours" to define your open working hours. You can also set time aside for lunch or break hours.
- Set the specific days and times when you wish to receive text messages.
- Creating Auto-Responder Message:
- In the "Auto-responder message" section, you can add a message that will be automatically sent to contacts who send text messages to you outside of your working hours. Please note that the message should not exceed 2048 characters in length.
Time Zone:
When adding Office Hours, you will be prompted to add a time zone if one is not already set. If you need to update or change your time zone, you can navigate to the All Settings page in your Fuse dashboard, and then go to Time Zone.
