Syncing Conversations to AMS

How to sync recent conversations to your AMS

Note: Supported AMS Systems for Archiving: The sync functionality is compatible with the following systems for AMS Archiving: HawkSoft, AMS360, and QQ Catalyst.

Manually Syncing Conversations

To sync recent conversations to an Agency Management System (AMS), follow these steps:

  1. Select a Conversation:
    • Choose the conversation you want to sync to your AMS.
  2. Navigate to the Conversation Header:
    • Go to the top right corner of the conversation header.
  3. Select the Sync Icon:
    • Click on the πŸ”„ icon to initiate the sync process.
  4. Confirm Sync:
    • Click on β€œUnderstood” to confirm the sync.
  5. Prevent Future Pop-ups:
    • If you wish to prevent the pop-up from showing again, select the β˜‘οΈ β€œDo not show this again” option.
  6. Observe Sync Status:
    • Look at the note at the bottom of the conversation to see the timestamp of the latest sync. 

Note: The sync feature is only available for Contacts. The Sync icon will not appear for numbers unrelated to a contact or deleted contacts.

Automatic Sync Settings:

  1. Navigate to Auto Sync Settings:
    • Click on the Settings Gear Icon βš™οΈ located in the top right corner.
  2. Select β€œAll Settings” from the menu.
  3. Configure Texting Settings:
    • Under β€œTexting”, choose β€œAuto Sync”.
  4. Enable or Disable Auto Sync:
    • Enable the option and select the desired sync interval, or disable it as needed. The sync interval will also take into account minutes of inactivity.
