This is because HawkSoft's data structure changed with the new HawkSoft 6 update. As a result, Claims campaigns are no longer supported through our current integration. Although we are looking into potential solutions to reintroduce support for Claims campaigns in the future, we are currently unable to resume these campaigns due to certain changes in the data structure.
