How to Delete Net Promoter Scores (NPS)

How do I delete an NPS response that was made in error?

Did you receive an NPS response that was submitted by mistake? Or maybe you have an old score that needs to be removed? In this article, we will review how to remove NPS responses. It's important to note that deleting NPS responses is a permanent action that cannot be undone. So, let's begin!

Removing NPS Responses

To remove NPS responses and scores, go to the Reputation section in the left navigation bar and select NPS Dashboard:NPSDashboard

On the NPS Dashboard, click on the "View all responses" link located above the "Number of Responses" graph:ViewNPSresponses

 

After clicking "View all responses," you will be redirected to the Survey & Feedback page where your NPS responses are located. Use the filters to find the response you want to delete.Screenshot 2024-03-26 143928

 

Scroll down to the end of the response, and click on the drop-down menu arrow. In the drop-down menu, select Delete:DeleteNPS (2)

 

When you click on Delete, the following message will pop up. Select YES to continue:Screenshot 2024-03-26 141308-1

Note: Deleting NPS responses is permanent and cannot be undone.
