How to Export Your NPS Data

Learn how to export all of your Fuse NPS campaign data.

Fuse features a robust NPS campaign that your agency can use to capture valuable client feedback. Should you wish to export that feedback–both NPS scores and written responses–follow the steps below.

Navigate to the Accounts Page

Within your workspace, navigate to the Accounts page from the lefthand sidebar. Once there, we will create a segment to export all NPS data.

Creating the NPS Segment

Click on the “Add Segment” button to begin building your NPS segment for exporting as a CSV.


We will be creating an Advanced segment on the Account level. 


Once on the Account level, type “NPS” into the search within the segment rule pop-up and select “Latest NPS Survey.”

Once you’ve selected the “Latest NPS Survey” folder, select “Date” from the list of options, and finally, select “Is Not Empty” under the first “Absolute” category. Then click “OK.”

Exporting the NPS Segment Data

Give your newly created segment a name you can easily reference. You’ll then be taken to that segment’s specific page and list of accounts. Navigate to the three-dot kebab menu on the righthand side of your screen, and click it. Then, finally, select “Export This Segment.”


You will be emailed a link to download the CSV with your NPS data, which will include both scores and responses.
