The Fuse Pipeline Reporting feature allows Manager-level users to track leads and sales, and monitor agents’ workloads from one dashboard within Fuse.
Navigating to the Pipeline Reporting Dashboard
To access the Pipeline Reporting dashboard page, first ensure you have the proper user role on your Fuse account. This new feature is only available for Managers. To learn more about user roles within the workspace, check out this Help Center article.
Once you’ve confirmed your user permissions, click on the “Pipeline” icon on the lefthand sidebar within the workspace. Then, select “Reporting.”
Pipeline Reporting Module Breakdown
Pipeline Reporting has five key modules to help you track sales, premiums won or lost, leads generated, agency workload distribution, and more.
Filtering and Data Refresh
The top of the Pipeline Reporting page has a handful of filters and a data refresh button. You can filter by date, by agent, and by pipeline.
Pipeline Performance Overview
This module is impacted by the header filtering. The module displays revenue closed won and closed lost in two separate graphics. The potential revenue graphic calculates the total premium amount for all leads within the filtered pipelines.
Agent Performance
This module is impacted by the filtering options in the header. For each displayed agent, you’ll see the total number of leads won, lost, and outstanding potential revenue for the agent.
Hovering over a specific agent’s row of data allows you to copy the data to your clipboard.
New Leads
This module is not impacted by the filtering. Instead, it captures a list of leads in order of creation date, so you can see what leads are flowing into your pipelines. You can quickly open a lead, as well as assign or re-assign that lead to a different team member.
Pipeline Performance
This module is impacted by the filtering options in the header. Each card is tied to a pipeline and shows lead counts and revenue amounts. Clicking on a card within this module opens that card’s specific pipeline. You are also able to sort this module based on a number of factors, including revenue, leads won, and more.
