How to Use the Fuse Form Center

See all of your Fuse forms at a glance and export entries as a CSV.

The Fuse Form Center allows you to view all of your forms at a glance and easily submit forms on behalf of your clients.


According to your user permissions, you are also able to export the form entries as a CSV.

The Fuse Form Center

Navigate to the Fuse Form Center from the Marketing menu in the left-hand navigation sidebar within your workspace.


If you are a Manager-level user, you can take several actions from within the Form Center, including:

  • Sorting and searching for forms based on campaign status or name.
  • Filling out forms on behalf of clients.
  • Creating new campaigns in the Fuse email builder.
  • Exporting form entries into a downloadable CSV.

Note: Agent-level users will have a slightly different view of the Form Center, as well as a slightly different experience with regards to the actions they can take. To read more about User Management within Fuse, click here.

Filling Out a Form for Your Clients

From the Form Center, you’re able to fill out a chosen form on behalf of your clients. Simply click the “Fill Out Form” button associated with the correct form, and a window with the form will appear on your screen.


Once you’ve filled out the form for your client, click the “Done” button to have the response recorded.

Note: Fuse forms only function if the campaign they are associated with is “Live.” You can check this easily from the Form Center by sorting by Status.

Exporting Fuse Form Entries

You can export your Fuse form entries for all time or for a specific date range into a downloadable CSV right from the Form Center.


To access this screen, click the three-dot button under the "Actions" column, and select “Export Entries.” The window will prompt you to enter a date range for your Fuse form entries export. From here, you can select "All Dates" and get an export of all of your form entries, for a specific form, for all-time.


Simply click “Export” and retrieve the download to your computer. The download will be a CSV file, and its location on your computer will depend on your browser configuration. Typically, it goes right to the Downloads folder!

Additional Fuse Form Center Actions

You have a few more options for actions within the Form Center: 

  • Previewing and editing a form’s specific fields.
  • Viewing the publishing details and campaign live status.
  • Grabbing an embed code or link to the form.

These options can be accessed from the same three-dot menu as your “Export Entries” option above.
