Segment by Multiple Zip Codes

Creating a Multi-Zip Code Segment

In Fuse, you can create segments using multiple zip codes! This allows you to efficiently group your accounts based on geographic location, enabling you to target specific customers with the right message at the right time. In this help article, we'll cover how to create segments with a multiple zip code rule.

How to Create a Multi-Zip Code Segment

  1. Log into your Fuse workspace.
  2. Create an Advanced Segment: 
    • Under the "Accounts" tab, click on the "+Add Segment" button to start a new segment.

      • If you want to edit an existing segment: Click on the segment, then select "Add New Group With Rule" and keep following the steps below.

    • Select the "Advanced" option in the bottom right corner of the "Add New Rule" modal.

  3. Create the Rule:
    • Select "Account" as the category.

    • Then, choose the "Address" as the Field.

    • Now, select "Zip Code" as the Value.

  4. Add the Zip Codes:
    • Select "Is" and enter the list of zip codes you wish to target, separated by commas (e.g., 12345, 67890, 11223).

    • Select "Add New Value" and the zip codes will each individually display in the value.

    • When you're done, click "Ok" to name and create the segment. 

With the segment created, you can now launch campaigns that target mutliple zip codes!
