How to Access and Use Sidekick

  1. Accessing Sidekick Support: Click the chat icon located in the bottom right corner of the screen.
  2. Initiating a Chat: Click on the chat icon to open the chat interface. A chat window will appear, prompting you to enter your question or describe your issue.
  3. Engaging with Sidekick: After entering your question, Sidekick immediately processes the query, scanning the Help Center documentation and other relevant resources to provide an accurate and helpful response.
  4. Receiving an Answer: Sidekick responds directly within the chat window, providing step-by-step guidance, detailed explanations, or links to relevant articles.
  5. Escalation to Human Support: While Sidekick is designed to handle a wide range of inquiries with speed and precision, we understand that some situations may require human intervention. Our escalation feature ensures you can easily transition from AI assistance to human support when necessary, providing a seamless support experience.
    • Automatic Escalation:
      • During chat business hours, if user frustration is detected or the query is too complex, a "Get human support" button will appear.
      • Outside business hours, you'll receive the contact details for our Support team.
    • Manual Escalation:
      • Typing a command such as "Talk to a rep."
      • Click the "Talk To A Person" button at the top right of the chat.
  6. Providing Feedback and Improvement
    • Sidekick integrates with Humanloop to create feedback loops, ensuring continuous improvement based on user interactions.
    • You can provide feedback on the responses you receive, helping to improve Sidekick's accuracy and usefulness over time. Click the thumbs-up or thumbs-down option next to the response to provide feedback. This will prompt another text box to open, where you can enter more information.
