      Social Foundation Content Settings

      How to adjust which items from the Content Library appear in your Social Foundation campaign

      You can customize which items from the Content Library appear on your landing page and in your Social Foundation campaign. This guide will walk you through the steps to control the content that appears on your landing page and in your Social Foundation campaign.

      Accessing Content Settings

      1. Log In to Agency Revolution: Log in to your Agency Revolution account at app.agencyrevolution.com.
      2. Access Social Media: You can access the Social Media feature by selecting "Social Media" from the left navigation menu and then clicking the "Access Social Media" button.
      3. Log into Your Social Media Account: You will be prompted to log into your Agency Revolution Social Media account.
      4. Accessing Content Settings: In your Agency Revolution Social Media account, click on your name in the top right-hand corner, and select "Content."

      Your Content Schedule

      The "Your Content Schedule" section displays items from the Content Library that will be featured on your landing page and in your Social Foundation campaign:

      • The "W" Icon: This icon only applies to accounts that have an FMG website.
      • The "S" Icon: Marks content items that will be posted by your Social Foundation campaign.
      • "Shuffle future posts" Button: Click this button to replace scheduled content with other items from the Content Library. Continue shuffling until you find the content you like.

      Customizing Your Social and Website Mix

      In the "Your Current Social and Website Mix" section, you have the following options:

      • Toggle Categories: Turn categories on or off to hide them from your landing page and prevent them from being scheduled in your Social Foundation campaign.
      • Slider: Use the slider to adjust how frequently content from various categories is featured on your landing page and in your Social Foundation campaign.

      Automatic Content Publishing

      When you enable the Automatic Content Publishing option, newly released content is instantly added to your Content Schedule.

      If you prefer to review new content before it appears on your landing page or in your Social Foundation campaign, you can disable Automatic Content Publishing by unchecking the box.

      Should you decide to turn off Automatic Content Publishing, we recommend subscribing to our "Daily Digest" emails. This will notify you whenever new content is added to the Content Library, allowing you to review and enable it at your convenience.
