How to integrate AgencyZoom with your Forge website forms

Adding AgencyZoom integrations to your Forge website forms can significantly enhance your workflow. It automatically creates new contacts in AgencyZoom when prospects submit forms on your site. In this article, we will walk you through the process of integrating your AgencyZoom with forms on your Forge website. 

Creating a Webhook in AgencyZoom

To set up the integration, you'll need to create a webhook key in AgencyZoom. Follow these steps:

  1. Log in to AgencyZoom.
  2. Select the ‘My Agency’ settings gear located on the bottom left of the side navigation. Then, select ‘Integration’ in the modal. 
  3. This will take you to the AgencyZoom App Marketplace, where you will select the ‘Web Lead Integration’ option. 
  4. On this page, you will see all your existing web lead integrations. Click on the ‘+Web Lead Integration’ button in the top right. 
  5. Now, you will need to choose the following necessary details: 
    1. Vendor: Select Agency Revolution as the Vendor, then click ‘Next’ at the bottom of the page. 
    2. Lead Source: The lead source must be created in your AgencyZoom account. Click here to learn how to add a lead source. 
    3. Target Pipeline: Choose which Pipeline you want these leads to go to and which Stage they should be placed in. 
    4. Assignment: Choose to assign these leads to Producers or CSRs.
  6. Finish: Review your settings and click on the ‘Save’ button, and a webhook key will be generated.

How to Request the Integration with AgencyZoom

You will need to request that the integration with AgencyZoom be added to your website forms. Here are a couple of ways you can do this:

Submit a request through your Forge website dashboard:

  1. Log in to your Forge website dashboard and navigate to the ‘Quick Forge Dashboard Links’ section. 
  2. Click on ‘Integrations.’
  3. On the integrations page, select ‘Integrations Not Active.’ 
  4. Find and select the ‘AgencyZoom’ option.
  5. On the pop-up modal, click on ‘Request Addition’ located at the bottom right.

  6. Now, fill in the Request Help form. If you already have your webhook key(s) created, feel free to include that in the notes and specify which form(s) the webhook should be added to on your Forge website. 
  7. When you’re done, hit ‘Send,’ and a member of our customer experience team will contact you shortly. 

Submit a request through support:

  1. You can email our customer experience team at team@agencyrevolution.com or use our support chat feature.
  2. In your request, include the following information:
    1. Your webhook key(s) from AgencyZoom.
    2. The specific form(s) on your website where you want the webhook to be integrated.
  3. Our CX team will review your request and confirm the integration details. Once confirmed, the team will add the webhook key to your specified forms.

FAQs

Can I create multiple webhook keys for different forms on my website?

Yes, you can opt to use one webhook key on multiple forms and/or create multiple webhook keys for different forms. All you need to do is specify to our customer experience team the different forms and which webhook key should be used for each form. 


How will I know if my leads are successfully being added to AgencyZoom?

When you receive form submission notification emails from your Forge website, they will include a message indicating that the lead was successfully added to AgencyZoom. You will also see these leads appear within AgencyZoom immediately, along with any lead-related notifications you may have set up within AgencyZoom.


Will my existing contacts in AgencyZoom be affected by this new integration?

No, new form submissions to your Forge website will not affect existing contacts. Each form submission will create a new unique lead and contact in AgencyZoom.


Can I use a ‘Web Lead Integration’ I already set up in AgencyZoom?

Yes, this is possible! You must edit the vendor to Agency Revolution on that integration, then share the webhook with us through a request.
