How Fuse Categorizes your emails

Whether you create your own content or use our library of content, we will apply AI to classify which category the email belongs to.

The categories available are:

  • Account Notices

  • Marketing

  • Newsletters

The categorization will be visible next to each email in the Content Library:

If you’re creating a custom email, the categorization will be visible in the email preview page.

 

How this impacts the email recipient experience

When an email recipient clicks on the unsubscribe link, they will be brought to a portal where they can personalize their email subscription preferences.

Common Questions

  • Can you reclassify this email for a specific user?

    • While we can’t do this, we are open to feedback where someone feels a specific email was not categorized correctly. Ultimately our Product & Content Committee has the final say on how we update our AI model to change classification. Please share your feedback with specific examples to our support team or at https://feedback.agencyrevolution.com/

  • Can I have a new category?

    • We’re open to it, but will also carefully curate the categories available to limit recipient frustration. Recipients don't want too many choices, they want to land on the portal and quickly make a decision. Additional choices may lead to a recipient choosing the easiest option, "Unsubscribe from all."
