How to Change AMS360 Action Name in Fuse

In Fuse, you have the ability to customize the Action Name for each event in AMS360. This allows you to personalize the names of your actions based on your specific requirements. Follow the steps below to change the AMS360 Action Name:

1. In Fuse, click "Accounts" in the left-hand navigation menu:

2. In the upper right corner of the Accounts page, click on the three-dot menu icon and select "Activity Data Sync" from the drop-down menu:

   

3. This will display a variety of categories. From here, you can pick the appropriate Action Name from AMS360.
