An Overview of the Forge Onboarding Process
Welcome to Agency Revolution! Here, you’ll find a quick overview of the Onboarding process for your Forge website. Our goal is to create an amazing, beautifully designed website that reflects your insurance agency! In order to do this, we follow a simple, streamlined process.

Step 1: We start things off with a warm welcome.
The Forge website onboarding process starts with a welcome email from the onboarding team to say hello and lay out the game plan for your website project with us. We’ll provide you with the information you need to get started, including a quick questionnaire to complete.
While our team will follow up with you regularly to ensure you have the support you need, you will not be assigned a dedicated Project Manager until the questionnaire is complete.

Step 2: Complete a quick questionnaire, then we get to work.
Your first order of business is to complete a quick questionnaire. This typically takes 30 minutes or less and asks for the basics we need to know about your agency to meet your goals and needs.
The questionnaire asks about your agency, the types of insurance you offer, your design preferences, and more. You can also send us team photos, your logo, and any other files. Ultimately, the more you tell us about your insurance agency, the better!
💡 Until the questionnaire is completed, we cannot start your project. It’s crucial to start this as soon as you can after signing up since billing does begin right away.
Step 3: Get to know the team you’ll be working with, and schedule the next steps.
Once you complete your questionnaire, you will be assigned a dedicated Project Manager—your main point of contact who will help you navigate through the website onboarding process from start to finish.
Your dedicated Project Manager will review the questionnaire in detail within a day or two of submission. They’ll also reach out by phone and email to introduce themselves. You’ll get to know them with a friendly conversation, and they’ll give you details about any remaining pieces, timeline expectations, how to get in touch with us, and next steps.
💡 Timelines will vary and depend on a variety of factors, including your availability for calls and scheduled meetings, as well as how quickly you submit the questionnaire.
Step 4: Customization begins.
Now that you’re done with the questionnaire and we have all the information we need, you can sit back and relax. Your Project Manager will review all the details and coordinate our team to begin setting up the foundations of your website project, following best practices and procedures to produce results that best represent your agency’s goals and objectives.
💡 With every project, we have a team of real people working on things. This includes your Project Manager, a Content Manager, and a Visual Designer. You’ll work closely with your Project Manager, so let them know if you have any questions!
Step 5: Time to review.
Now the fun begins—you get to review the work our team has put into your website project. Your input is important to us, so we can assist with update requests you might have. Your Project Manager will coordinate changes with our team with quick turnaround times. Once everything is to your liking, we just need your approval to launch your beautiful new website!
Step 6: 3, 2, 1, liftoff—it's launch time!
It’s launch time, and the efforts of your agency and our team will come to fruition when we launch the finished website out into the world. The game-changing tools, features, and capabilities you’ve been waiting for will be available to your agency and your clients.
Most agencies prefer to have us handle the technical launch process of changing your website address to “point” to the new website. Your Project Manager works with you to get the details around this. Don’t worry. Your email and everything else remain as-is.
Or, if your IT folks prefer to update the DNS, that’s fine. Your Project Manager can provide the necessary details they need to launch the site.
Forge includes top-tier website hosting with SSL website security, backups, and ongoing updates. So, if you’re paying for that elsewhere, you can safely cancel those services. Just be sure to confirm that you’re not using them for anything else.

Now, it’s time to make the most of it!
💡 If you have special requests or have specific integrations in mind, we can review those with you during Onboarding. However, you can still launch as soon as we get your approval since we can make updates for you even after launching—that way you can get things started sooner.
Step 7: Get the support you need from a team you can trust.
Now that you’ve launched your website, your Project Manager will pass the baton to our Client Experience & Success Team. Before wrapping up the project, your Project Manager will make sure you’re scheduled for a Kickoff call with a Client Success Manager within a few days of launching. You’ll also get a nice wrap-up email with additional details on how to reach out to us for immediate support.
On the Kickoff call, the Client Success Manager will conduct a brief training of the platform, handle any special requests, and assist with setting up your add-on(s) if they are part of your subscription.
The Client Experience & Success Team will be just as dedicated to you, helping with live training, change requests, regular check-ins, or simply answering your questions along the way.

How does the billing work?
We like to keep this really simple. The monthly billing begins immediately after you sign up. If you haven’t already, be sure to set up auto-pay via credit card for the ultimate convenience.
Can my website look like anything I want?
Forge is quite flexible. However, we use our current demo site as the starting point. That includes 200+ pages of content and a great design framework. We then customize it to reflect your agency. We pay close attention to the homepage, about pages, location pages, and any other content that’s unique to your agency. So, while our process allows for considerable flexibility, it doesn’t allow us to re-design the entire site from scratch. Your Project Manager will guide the way and keep things on track.
What’s included with my website?
Forge websites are built for SEO/AEO and feature modern website design. Your Forge website will come packed with engaging tools like AI Blogging, Clickable Coverage®, Notification Bars, Power Panels, Lead Capture Website Forms, and more!
How long does it take?
It typically takes about four to six weeks for you to receive your customized site. However, much of this depends on you! The more proactive you are, the faster we can get your site through our production process. For example, we can’t start the design phase until we have your completed questionnaire and any related follow-up items. At that point, it usually takes four to six weeks for us to customize and design your new website. Then, once we receive your feedback, we plan on another week or two (depending on the scope of the changes).
Of course, we’ll keep things moving as quickly as we can, but we’ll never sacrifice quality. Our reputation—and yours—depends on it! We can also set up a temporary splash page ASAP if you don’t have a current website so you can establish an online presence.
If I purchased add-ons with my Forge subscription, will they be onboarded at the same time?
Forge add-ons require the complete setup of your Forge website and will be onboarded post-launch by our Client Success Team. Rest assured, your Project Manager will ensure a smooth transition, so you have nothing to worry about.
