If you need an update you don’t have access to, or you have access but don’t want to do it, no problem. Have us do it for you! Forge includes unlimited support, so we’re by your side every step of the way.

- Reasonable changes to existing text are included. No problem!

- Send us the heading, content and author, and we’ll post it.
- Notification Bar Additions
- Send us the text and link, and we’ll schedule it.
- Testimonial Additions
- Send us the content, and we’ll add them for you.
- User Management
- Just send us the person’s name and email address.
- Address and Location Updates
- Open a new office or move? Let us know!
- Logo Updates
- Have a new logo? We’ll swap it for you.
- Clickable Coverage Additions
- We’ll add the latest graphics to your site.
- Simple Page Creation
- Supply us with website-ready content, and we’ll set it up.
- New Features
- See a new Forge feature? We’ll add it!
Updates that may require a conversation:
The following are the type of changes that may fall outside of what’s included in Forge.
- Global Website Changes
- Changing colors, fonts, pages, addresses or anything else across the site will require review.
- Page Layout Changes
- Changing the way pages are structured is likely outside of what’s included.
- Homepage Redesign
- Adding or changing a small amount of text is fine, but we’ll need to talk if the changes are more substantial.
- Complex or Custom Forms
- Forge already includes powerful lead capture and servicing forms. Complex or custom forms may not be included.
- Other Unusual Changes
- Since each Forge website is unique, other changes may require further conversation.
