How to Request a Third-Party Integration for Your Forge Website
The Forge website platform has the capacity to integrate with a few select third-party applications.
How do I request to add third-party plugins or software to my website?
While there are many plugins and other software available, not all of them work with Forge’s features, security, or other aspects of the platform. As such, we’ll need to review your request to ensure it’s compatible with Forge, both now and in the future.
Remember, Forge is a fully managed website platform. This means that you don’t need to worry about security updates, new feature additions, content updates, or anything else. We handle all of that for you. But, in exchange, we need to ensure that your website and the entire Forge platform is stable, secure, and free from possible third-party conflicts.
💡 Important Note: Depending on your Forge subscription, advanced integrations, such as third-party plugins or software, may have an additional cost. For more details on what’s included in your Forge subscription, click here.
If you’d like us to review a third-party integration, simply reach out to our team with the integration, any supporting documentation including installation instructions, and your goal for using the integration. Our team will review the request and determine if it’s possible to install it within your Forge website.
We always do our best to guide the way and collaborate with you to help accomplish your goals. However, we’re now always able to add your chosen third-party integrations.
In the event we cannot install your third-party integration, we recommend leaving a suggestion on our Canny board. This public feedback forum is our team's source of truth for identifying what to build to enhance our platform, as voted on by our clients.
