How to Request a Live Chat Be Added to Your Forge Website

The Forge website platform integrates with a number of live chat options. Let's go over how to request chat be added to your site.

The Forge platform offers a number of live chat integrations. You can view each option that's vetted to work with our platform from the website dashboard within your Agency Revolution workspace.

What are my Forge web chat options?

Log in to your Agency Revolution workspace and open up the left sidebar. Select "Website" from the options on the left, and choose "Website Setup" from the dropdown options. Then, click on the "My Live Chat" tab on the top of your screen.

If you have a live chat enabled, you'll see it under the "Live Chat Active" tab. If you're looking to see which chat options integrate with the Forge platform, click on the "Live Chat Not Active" tab. There, you'll see a full list of the chats available on the Forge platform. Click on the chat option you'd like added to your website, and follow the instructions on the screen to gather the necessary information to send to our team.

Once you have all the details, please click the "Request Addition" button to submit your request. If the chat you're looking to add to your website is not listed on the website dashboard, we may still be able to help!

Can I use the live chat built into the Business Texting add-on?

Yes! The Business Texting feature allows you to embed a live chat directly onto your Forge website. To get started, open up the "All Settings" menu from the gear icon in the top right corner of your Agency Revolution workspace, and follow the instructions in this Help Center article. Our Client Experience team will be happy to add the finalized embed code to your Forge website.
