Fuse has the ability to send emails to both primary and secondary contacts on your accounts, and our merge fields intelligently adjust so your emails address the proper recipient.
Within Fuse, we have the ability to configure an email to send to both Primary and Secondary contacts on a specific account. When using merge fields in these emails, Fuse has the smarts to adjust them so you're addressing the right contact's name in your content.

For the following merge fields, Fuse pulls the relevant values from each contact to which your email is set to send.
- Account > First Name
- Account > Last Name
- Account > Name
- Account > Cell Phone
- Account > Email
- Account > Address > Full
- Account > Address > City
- Account > Address > ZIP Code
- Account > Address > State
- Account > Office Phone
Meaning, when you create an email set to send to Primary and Secondary contacts, and you use one of the above merge fields, when Fuse sends to a Primary Contact, it will use the Account-level field related to the Primary Contact. For the Secondary Contact, Fuse will automatically merge the corresponding Contact-level values instead.
Example: You are sending an to a client with Andrew as the Primary Contact on the Account, and his wife, Sarah, as the Secondary Contact.
You use the "Account > Name" merge field within the body of your email.
Fuse will be able to extrapolate that data, and ensure Andrew and Sarah's names are properly pulled in for each of their emails.
