How to Enable the Xanatek Activity Data Sync With Fuse

Learn how to configure your Xanatek integration for a two-way sync between your management system and Fuse.

Fuse offers writeback capabilities between Xanatek and your Fuse account. To enable the ability for Fuse to write activities as Notes into Xanatek, you'll first need to gather your agency’s unique license key from Xanatek support.

Once you have that unique key, please proceed through the walkthrough below to enable the Activity Data Sync.

How Do I Turn on the Xanatek Activity Data Sync?

Ensure you have entered your Xanatek license key in the Xanatek list setup steps. If this step has a check mark next to it, you’re all set to proceed to the next step.

To access the Activity Data Sync page, you can either click the blue “Optional Configuration” link at the bottom of the Xanatek list setup page or find the “Activity Data Sync” option within the Accounts page of your workspace.

The Accounts page is found by navigating to “Accounts” on the left-hand sidebar. From here, navigate to the three-dot menu on the top right of your screen and select “Activity Data Sync.”

At the top of your screen, you’ll see a toggle for “Activity Data Sync.” Toggle this ON to enable writebacks into Xanatek from Fuse.

By default, the following activities will be enabled automatically to sync back into your management system:

  • Text Messaging - Conversation Archived
  • Text Messaging - Conversation Recorded
  • Email Clicked
  • Email Opened
  • Email Sent
  • Email Unsubscribed
  • Form Submitted
  • Email Sent to Invalid Address
  • Lead > New Lead Created
  • Lead > Send an Email
  • Lead > Attach a File
  • Lead > Conducted a Meeting
  • Lead > New note logged
  • Lead > Made a Phone Call
  • Postcard Sent

You may toggle as many other activities as you like! The defaults are just a friendly suggestion. Toggling off any of the default-enabled activities is also fine.
