Blogging is a key part of building up your agency’s organic search rankings. While Forge has tools built in to help you draft blogs and publish them to your website, the platform can also help you leverage AI to enhance your SEO descriptions.
Navigating to Your Forge Blogs
To get to the blog portion of your Forge dashboard, open up the left sidebar and click on the “Website” tab. From there, select “Content” from the list of options. Finally, tab over to the “Blog Posts” tab within the Content screen. Click on any blog within your blog posts tab.
Generating SEO Descriptions for Forge Blogs
SEO descriptions are an important part of the search ranking game and have a slew of best practices to follow to get the best results for your blog. With our smart AI tools, you can click a single button and generate an SEO description that best fits your content.
Once you finish selecting a blog post from your Forge dashboard, simply scroll down to within the post editor and find the “Generate With AI” button. Clicking this button allows our system to read the content of your blog and generate a strong SEO description.
This feature works for new blogs you’re writing, as well as all the blogs you have in your Forge dashboard. That means you’ll be able to enhance your old blog content, and utilize this feature going forward as you write new blogs.
Previous versions of the AI-generated SEO description don’t save. Be sure you’re comfortable overwriting what you already have, or what was already generated, before clicking the button again.
Once you have an SEO description you like, you can save changes if you’re editing an existing article or publish your new article to your Forge website.
