How to Request Fuse Updates and Additions

Fuse is a marketing automation tool designed to help you send emails, texts, and mail to improve engagement and retention for your current clients. By connecting directly with your Agency Management System (AMS), Fuse uses up-to-date client data to deliver personalized, timely communications — so you can focus on your clients while we handle the details.

Routine Updates Included in Your Subscription
The following are the routine updates included in your Agency Revolution subscription:
- Basic Text Updates: Reasonable edits to existing content from the Agency Revolution content library are included.
- Basic Segment Creation: Assistance creating basic segments using Sidekick or the mad libs segment builder is included.
- User Management: Send us the person's name and email address and we'll grant them access to your Workspace.
Note: We can't control who will show up in an AMS sync. - Simple Campaign Creation: Setup of any of our "foundational" campaigns from the Onboarding collection is included.
- Location updates in Settings: Edits to basic information, theme, social media links, and sender details for your existing locations.
- Domain Validation and Verification: We'll handle this on your behalf if you grant us the correct permissions within your domain registrar.
- Texting settings: Setup of office hours, out-of-office messages, and auto-sync configuration for text messaging.
- Enabling or Disabling the Outbox: We can enable or disable this feature as a whole, or for specific drafted and launched campaigns.
- Branding Changes: Logo and theme updates are included as part of your standard Fuse support.

Updates That May Require a Conversation and One-Time Scoped Project
Some updates may fall outside the scope of routine changes and require additional conversation and possibly a one-time scoped project. Here's a list of these potential updates:
- Creating Forms: Complex or highly customized forms may fall outside the scope of routine updates.
- Adding New AMS List: If you've changed your Agency Management System or are adding an additional one, our team will need to evaluate the new system to ensure it's set up correctly and that your campaigns are migrated to the new AMS list.
- Changes to Existing AMS List: If you'd like to add or remove locations from your existing AMS list in Fuse, or would like to exclude or suppress specific client records from Fuse, you’ll need a conversation with our team to evaluate the best approach.
- Complex or Custom Segments: Segments that go beyond the standard mad libs builder — for example, custom logic or multi-condition segments — may require a scoped project.
- Custom Campaigns and Broadcasts: Building campaigns from scratch that are not part of our content library is considered custom work and may require scoping.
- Setting Up New Locations: Adding one or more new locations to your account involves additional setup and will require a scoped project.
- Strategy / Consulting: While we don't offer ongoing 1:1 strategy or consulting, we're happy to discuss your intended use of Fuse and scope a one-time project to explore your unique goals and guide you in getting the most from the platform.
