Routine Updates Included in Your Subscription
The following are the routine updates included in your Agency Revolution subscription
- Launching Pipeline Journeys: Need help launching a Quick Start Pipeline Journey? We're here to assist you.
- Updates to Steps: We can make minor updates to the steps in your existing Pipelines.
- Content for Steps: While we don't write content, we can guide you on using our FirstDraft AI tool or assist with minor edits to your Pipeline messages.
- Updates to Stages: Our Pipeline Journeys come with comprehensive Stages, but we can make minor adjustments to better align with your goals.
- User Access: Inform us about team members who need access, and we’ll set them up with Pipeline.
- CSV Uploads: We offer one-time assistance with CSV uploads to ensure you're confident in the process.
- Connecting Forms to Pipeline: Need assistance connecting a form to a Pipeline? We’re here to help. (Requires Fuse)
- Adding Fuse Forms to Forge Sites, and Connecting to Pipeline: For Forge Premium customers, using Fuse forms is key to automatically adding leads to a Pipeline. Our team can assist with these global changes. (Requires Fuse and Forge Premium)
- Pipeline Campaigns: If you need further automation, we can provide a one-time campaign setup or tutorial for you or your team. (Requires Fuse)
- Ongoing Education: Access our on-demand training videos and regular webinars for in-depth guides on using Pipeline.

Updates That May Require a Conversation and One-Time Scoped Project
Some updates may fall outside the scope of routine changes and require additional conversation and possibly a one-time scoped project:
- Custom Pipeline Creation: For custom Pipelines, we recommend starting with Pipeline Journeys. Further discussion and a one-time scoped project may be necessary to tailor your needs.
- Custom Pipeline Configurations: Changes to the Pipeline structure or workflow will require more information and possibly a one-time scoped project.
- Form Customization: Anything beyond 3-4 custom requests will likely need to be discussed and may incur additional charges.
- Pipeline Campaigns: If you need more automation to enhance your Pipelines beyond a one-time campaign setup, further discussion and a one-time scoped project may be necessary.
- Adding Leads via AMS: For enhanced automation beyond a one-time campaign setup, further conversation is necessary.
- Additional Training: While 1:1 training sessions are not included, we offer on-demand training videos to get you started. Requests for 1:1 training will require a one-time scoped project.
- Pipeline Strategy / Consulting: While we don't offer 1:1 strategy or consulting, we're happy to discuss your intended use of Pipeline and scope a one-time project to explore your unique goals and guide you in leveraging our product's capabilities.
