Accessing and Utilizing Social Sequences

Agency Revolution's Content Library is brimming with ready-to-use content designed to simplify your social media engagement. One of the standout features is the social sequence—a themed set of social posts that automatically publish to your social networks once scheduled. This guide will walk you through accessing and sharing these social sequences to keep your audience engaged with minimal effort.

How to Access and Share Social Sequences

Before you start, ensure you have integrated the social media profiles you wish to share content on.

1. Log In to Agency Revolution: Log in to your Agency Revolution account at app.agencyrevolution.com.
2. Access Social Media: You can access the Social Media feature by selecting "Social Media" from the left navigation menu and then clicking the "Access Social Media" button.
   
3. Log into Your Social Media Account: You will be prompted to log into your Agency Revolution Social Media account.
4. Accessing Social Sequences: To access social sequences, navigate to the Content Library and click on "Social Posts."
   
5. Sorting and Filtering for Social Sequences
   • Sort: You can sort by type to view social sequences. You can also sort the content by title or author.
   • Filters: Use the Filters dropdown menu to filter for the content type social sequences.
     
6. Exploring and Selecting a Social Sequence to Share:
   
   • To learn more about a specific social sequence, click the content title or "Details." Here you will see a short description, preview image, and keywords associated with the piece.
   • When you're ready to share a social sequence, click "Use."
     
     
7. Preview and Edit Social Sequence
   • Start Date: Select the date you'd like to begin sending the social sequence
   • Pencil Icon: Edit and preview the social post
   • Down Arrow Icon: Move the social post down
   • Trash Icon: Remove the social post from the social sequence
   • Wait Time: You can edit the date for each social post in the sequence
     
8. Schedule Social Sequence:
   1. Schedule Social Sequence: When you're ready to share the social sequence, click "Send Sequence."
      
   2. Choose Social Sites: Toggle on which social profiles you would like to share the social sequence to.
      
   3. Choose Post Date:
       
      • Your Post Will Be Shared Right Away: Your social post will be sent immediately.
      • Schedule A Future Date: Your post will be shared on the day and time you choose.

1. 1. Confirm Details: Double-check your details to ensure everything looks good. Click "Post Sequence" to schedule your social sequence.
      

View Your Shared & Scheduled Social Sequences

To view your shared and scheduled social sequences, navigate to Social > Shared & Scheduled. Here you can view previously shared social posts as well as scheduled social posts. For scheduled social posts, you have the option to edit or cancel the social post.
