How to Use Fuse’s Marketing Analytics

With Fuse’s Marketing Analytics, you’re able to track the health of your email campaigns and broadcasts. This dashboard is available for view for all Manager-level users on your Fuse account. To learn more about user roles, check out this Help Center article.

Navigating to Marketing Analytics

Marketing Analytics, located under the “Dashboard” menu in the left sidebar, consists of two key modules: Email Performance and Targeted Outreach.

Email Performance

This module captures email performance metrics. The metrics are: Targeted, Delivered, Opens, Clicks, Unsubscribes, and Complaints.

You’re able to filter this module by date range or by a set of date presets at the top of the Marketing Analytics page. Hovering over a month’s metrics gives you a detailed breakdown on your email sends for that month.

Clicking on any metric within the “Totals” box opens a detailed pop-up that shows you a more granular view of the specific data point you’re clicking on. This is a great way to see specific information about accounts, recipients, and more.

Targeted Outreach Table

This table displays all of your emails sent from Fuse, as grouped by message and type. By default, this table will show data from the last 30 days. Clicking on the “Title” of a row takes you to the Campaign Details page for the associated email. You are also able to export data from this view.

You’re able to filter this table’s data by date and type of communication, be it Campaign or Broadcast. This table can show your all-time Fuse email data, excluding any Campaigns or Broadcasts you’ve deleted. Once those are gone–they’re gone!

TIP: This dashboard captures email metrics. If you have Fuse marketing campaigns running that include texts or postcards, data on texts and postcards is not included in this dashboard.

Exporting Your Fuse Email Marketing Data

From the Marketing Analytics dashboard, you can export data from as many Campaigns or Broadcasts as you’d like into a CSV file.

Group 6 (1)

Clicking the “Export” button on this page takes you through a simple flow where you get to choose which Campaigns and Broadcasts you want data for, along with which data points you’d like to export and the date range for the export. Remember–you can export all-time Fuse marketing data if you’d like.

Once you’ve made your selections, a link to download the CSV(s) will be emailed to the address you’ve entered in the final step–similar to exporting a segment from Fuse.
