Our Fuse product has a powerful Pipeline tool to help you manage, work, and close leads for your agency. Our My Day view goes one step further, allowing you to keep track of leads by due date so you never miss a sales opportunity.
Navigating Around My Day
To visit My Day, simply navigate to the left sidebar within your Agency Revolution workspace and click on the Pipeline icon. From there, select “My Day.”
My Day is split up into five key areas, pictured below.
Header Area
The Header section includes a refresh data button so you can refresh the data coming into My Day. You can also update My Day by refreshing your browser.
Beyond refreshing data, you are able to search leads within a specific Pipeline and filter you My Day view down to specific Pipelines. The filter’s default state is “All Pipelines.”
When you filter to specific pipelines, the page will also filter the Leads to Engage Today and Missing Due Dates sections to reflect the choice made.
Leads to Engage Today
This is the main portion of My Day, where you will find yourself working most often to help engage leads and get them to a Closed state. You're also able to add a lead right within this section of My Day.
Each lead has a Status, Lead Title, Due Date, Pipeline, Lead Probability, and Stage that they're in as tied to their lead card and the Pipeline from which the lead is pulling. A breakdown of the Status types can be found in the below table.
Due Today | These are leads with a due date within today’s date parameter. |
Overdue | These are leads that have an expired due date in relation to today’s 24-hour date parameter. |
Upcoming | These leads are due tomorrow only. |
Missing Due Dates
Leads without due dates will show up here, so you can easily add due dates and be able to work these leads in the Leads Due Today section of My Day.
Today’s Progress
This portion of My Day shows your daily progress as you work your leads, and will be impacted by the Header’s filter selection.
What counts as a completed lead?
A lead “Closed” today is a completed lead. If a lead is completed, then the lead will be added to the completed count. However, this progress tracker does not count the process of moving leads between stages.
Your Recent Leads
This portion of My Day filters to show you the most recent leads you've opened, and shows that lead’s most recent opened date.
My Day Best Practices
We recommend the following best practices to get the most out of My Day:
- Set lead due dates based on priority order–who do you need to contact right away, tomorrow, and so on.
- Work every lead to a complete state, whether won or lost, so you are always closing out a lead and keeping a tidy work area.
- Make sure your Pipeline stages are clearly named for at-a-glance use of the Leads to Engage Today area.
How Do Due Dates Work in My Day?
Leads in My Day are sorted by due date, per lead, as set by you or your team. This new feature revolves around a 24-hour day cycle. Meaning, if a lead is due on 1/25, it will be due that day for all 24 hours of 1/25 and only become overdue once 1/26 hits.
The timezone your Agency Revolution workspace is reading is tied to the Main Office timezone within your workspace's All Settings tab.
