How to Use the Social Foundation Campaign

Our Social Foundation campaign leverages award-winning content and the reach of social media to establish your agency's presence on Facebook and LinkedIn. This campaign will automatically post a variety of web content to your selected social media account(s) on designated days. 

Activating the Campaign

To configure content topics and select which day(s) you would like the campaign to post, click here.

  1. Integrate Your Social Media Accounts: To use this campaign, you must first integrate at least one social media account. Learn how to integrate your social media accounts.
  2. Navigate to Automated Marketing: Go to the Automated Marketing section in the left-hand menu of your Agency Revolution Social Media account.
  3. Activate the Social Foundation Campaign: Find the Social Foundation campaign and toggle it on.


Once activated, the campaign will automatically post to your connected social media accounts on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays at 10 AM CT.

Customizing the Campaign Schedule

If you wish to adjust the posting schedule:

  1. Click "Configure" under the Social Foundation campaign.
  2. Select the days you want the campaign to run.

Previewing and Adjusting Content

Preview Content

You can preview upcoming Social Foundation sends in three ways:

  1. Marketing Calendar:
    • In your Agency Revolution Social Media account, click on “Marketing Calendar” in the top menu bar.
    • On the Marketing Calendar page, find your scheduled sends.
    • Click “Preview” next to the piece of content you want to preview.
  2. Content Page:
    • In your Agency Revolution Social Media account, click on your name in the top right-hand corner, and select "Content."
    • Under the “Your Content Schedule” section, find the scheduled content pieces.
    • Hover over the item and click “Preview” to view the content piece.
  3. View Performance Page:
    • In your Agency Revolution Social Media account, click “Automated Marketing” in the left navigation menu.
    • Locate the Social Foundation campaign, and select “View Performance.”
    • Under Upcoming Post, click on the title of the content piece to preview it.

Adjust Content

To adjust the content that will be posted as part of the Social Foundation campaign:

  1. In your Agency Revolution Social Media account, click on your name in the top right-hand corner, and select "Content."
  2. Under the “Your Content Schedule” section, find the scheduled content piece.
  3. Click the “Replace” button to replace the content piece with a different one.

View Performance

Click "View Performance" under the Social Foundation campaign to access detailed insights and manage your campaign.

View Performance Page Overview

  • Frequency: Displays the days of the week when posts are scheduled. Click "Update" to modify the schedule.

  • Posting To: Lists your connected social media account(s). Learn more about Social Media Integrations

  • Manage Schedule: This link takes you to the Content page, which shows the upcoming social media posts for the week. Learn more about the Content page here.

  • Last Sent: Shows the date and time of the last post sent from the campaign. Click the hyperlink to view the content in detail.

  • Upcoming Post: Displays the next scheduled post.

  • Total Shared Posts & Initial Campaign Start Date:

    • Total Shared Posts: Number of posts shared since the campaign started.
    • Initial Campaign Start Date: The date when the campaign was first activated.
  • Supercharge Your Social Media: Links to our YouTube channel and Knowledge Base for social media tips and resources. Click "Watch" or "Read" for more information.

  • Latest Activity: Shows the history of all past shared posts, including those shared before any campaign pauses.
