Fuse Do It For Me (DIFM) is designed to alleviate the marketing burdens faced by small to medium-sized insurance agencies. By leveraging our DIFM add-on, agencies can focus on their core business activities while our team of marketing experts handles content curation, marketing insights, and content delivery. The goal is to provide a comprehensive, hands-on solution that minimizes the effort required from the agency.
How the Program Works
When you sign up for Fuse DIFM, you gain access to a dedicated marketing team that will manage your marketing activities. This includes the creation and delivery of email and social media content. Here’s a breakdown of what you can expect:
Monthly Marketing Calendar
Each month, our Content team releases a themed Marketing Calendar. This calendar includes a variety of content, such as email campaigns, broadcast emails, and social media posts that align with the monthly theme. The themes alternate between Commercial Lines and Personal Lines to ensure a balanced focus.
Exclusive Content
Our marketing experts develop exclusive content and images each month, ensuring that you stay on top of marketing best practices and trending topics. This includes timely content and curated holiday content, which is exclusive to DIFM clients.
Content Delivery
We use the FMG platform for social media content delivery. If you already have an FMG (Agency Revolution Attract) account, we will use it to send social content. If not, we will create an account for you to facilitate this process.
DIFM Onboarding
Step 1: Complete your Fuse onboarding.
Before you can start Onboarding for DIFM, you must first complete AR Fuse Onboarding if you have not done so already. Check out this article to learn more about Fuse Onboarding: What to Expect After You Sign Up for Fuse.
Step 2: Receive a warm welcome.
The Fuse Do It For Me (DIFM) onboarding process starts with a welcome email from the Client Success Team—your main point of contact for Fuse Do It For Me (DIFM)—to say hello and lay out the game plan for your project with us. We’ll provide you with the information you need to get started, including a link to schedule a Kickoff call.

Step 3: Get to know the team you’ll be working with, set your preferences, and finalize the setup.
During the Kickoff call, you will receive an overview of how the DIFM program works, including the release of the content calendar and how to manage your preferences. We will also assist with getting your social media accounts integrated on this call.
💡 Timelines will vary and depend on a variety of factors, including your availability for calls and scheduled meetings, as well as how quickly you submit the questionnaire.
Step 4: Review next month’s content and opt out as needed.
Three weeks before the start of each month, our Content team releases the next month’s calendar. You will receive an email with the topic and a link to the calendar. Unless you specify otherwise, all items in the calendar will be activated by default.
Step 5: Sit back and relax as customization begins.
Once the review period is over for the month and we have your feedback, you can sit back and relax as our team gets to work adding and scheduling your content each month.
Step 6: 3, 2, 1, liftoff—it's launch time!
Each month, our team will launch the selected content on your behalf, ensuring that all content is activated and scheduled according to your preferences.
Step 7: Get the support you need from a team you can trust.
If you have any questions about the Fuse Do It Form Me (DIFM) program, just let us know. We’re happy to answer any questions you may have about the program and to review performance. While formal monthly or quarterly check-ins are not mandatory, they can be added if needed.

How does the billing work?
We like to keep this really simple. The monthly billing begins immediately after you sign up. If you haven’t already, be sure to set up auto-pay via credit card for the ultimate convenience.

Can I make changes to the DIFM content?
You can establish your opt-out preferences during the onboarding call. If you do not reply to the monthly marketing calendar email, we will assume you want to schedule everything. Minor content changes can be accommodated, but extensive rewrites are not part of the service.
How long does DIFM onboarding take?
The duration of DIFM onboarding varies based on your Fuse onboarding status. If you already have Fuse, DIFM onboarding can start immediately and typically takes about 2-3 weeks. However, if you just purchased Fuse with DIFM, you'll need to complete Fuse onboarding first, which takes 4-6 weeks, before beginning DIFM onboarding.
