What is Hello Producer?
The Forge website platform includes Hello Producer, which allows you to use special links to show your photo, name, email address, and phone number across your entire site. It’s a great way for you to maintain your relationship with prospects and clients while also reinforcing the personal touch your agency offers.

How do I use Hello Producer on my Forge website?
To get started with Hello Producer, you'll want to navigate to the "Website" menu found in the left sidebar of your Agency Revolution workspace. From there, select "Engagement Tools" from the Website dropdown, and click on the "Hello Producer" tab at the top of your screen.
Every team member on your Forge website can have an active Hello Producer tag, which can be added to any URL on a Forge website to instantly personalize it. If you want to learn more about managing team members on your Forge website, check out this Help Center article.
On the "Hello Producer Active" tab, scroll through your list of team members and click on any of their rows to open up their specific Hello Producer settings. From this screen, you can copy a team member's unique Hello Producer link by clicking the "Copy" button under "Step 2" on the share screen.
When someone clicks a personalized Hello Producer link, the entire website responds! Not only does the Hello Producer tag appear in the URL bar up top, the phone number changes to your direct dial, and your name, picture, and contact information appear in the bottom right corner of every single page.
If a site visitor completes a form while browsing the site with your Hello Producer tag open, the submission comes into the agency with your contact information attached to it. That way, the agency knows to give you production credit or to simply forward the submission to you to handle.
What if someone's Hello Producer tag isn't set up?
If your Hello Producer tag, or someone else on your team's tag, isn't set up, you'll want to navigate to the specific team member entry for that person within your website dashboard. To do that, navigate to the left menu and under "Website," select "Website Setup." Click on the "Team Members" tab at the top of your screen.
Click on the team member who doesn't have a Hello Producer tag active on your Forge website. On their settings page, you can add their Hello Producer tag in the specific section on this page. Save your changes in the bottom right corner, and that's it! You can now navigate back to the Hello Producer section of the website dashboard and grab their unique link.
Build relationships with Hello Producer.

What are shares and impressions?
When a person visits your site for the first time using a Hello Producer tag, it is recorded as a share for that producer. Every time someone visits the site with that tag, even if it’s not their first time, it’s recorded as an impression. The higher those numbers, the more Hello Producer is being utilized!
