How do I manually send EZLynx data to Fuse?
-
For any report you need to send to Fuse, follow the Baseline Sync instructions found in the EZLynx Integration Setup article. (Tip: If the report you need is already saved in EZLynx, you can find it under “Saved Reports.” If you see it there, click the 3-dot menu in the upper-right corner of the report and choose “Edit.” When the report loads on your screen, you can download it as a CSV.)
-
After downloading the CSV, attach it to an email and send it to the special email address found on your EZLynx Setup page in Fuse. (How to find this email address)
When should I manually send EZLynx data to Fuse?
There are a couple of reasons why you may need to send your EZLynx data manually to Fuse:
- Baseline Sync: When you first set up your EZLynx integration, it’s essential to manually export each report with five years of data and email it to Fuse. This ensures that you start with as much customer data as possible. (After that, you will set up EZLynx to automatically send a rolling 12-month range of data to Fuse on a nightly schedule, which keeps your customer data up-to-date in Fuse.)
- Scheduled Report has Failed to run from EZLynx: If any of the required reports fail to run from EZLynx, Fuse will not sync the data from your other reports until the missing report is received. If this occurs, you may want to manually export and send the missing report(s) yourself to keep your Fuse data up-to-date.
